Adjacent to a creek that supports a winter salmon run, this property is a flat one-mile from the Sonoma Plaza. Conveniently walk or bike to nearby wineries, shopping, or Sonoma's many restaurants. Or, dine at home and enjoy the fabulous vineyard vista. Whether you're looking for a cozy winter retreat in front of the fire, or the splendor of a Sonoma summer holiday, this one-of-a-kind wine country gem will please the discerning traveler. Amenities: Full kitchen, king bed, fireplace, air conditioning, satellite TV, stereo, CD player, microwave, dishwasher, refirgerator, gas grill (BBQ) with gas burners, washer and dryer The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom offers both queen-size and twin beds. The bath with shower-tub combination is located in the hall for easy access from both bedrooms.  The living area is a great gathering spot with a wood-burning fireplace and entertainment center. The fully furnished kitchen conveniently provides the oppportunity to dine in. Per Day (two people) $390, two night minimum Additional guests $20 per person. Sleeps 4 Per Week or Per Month (Call for Quote) A 9% Occupancy Tax will be added to room rates Rental is guaranteed by a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the balance due upon arrival.  A 14-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund less $15 of your rental fee.  Credit cards accepted. Personal checks and cash are encouraged. Arrival time between 3 and 6 p.m. or by special arrangement. Departure time by 12:00 Noon. This is a non-smoking property.  No pets.
